North Dakota Administrative Rules and Regulations 

The Nurse Practices Act is passed by the legislature and the rules are promulgated by the Board with subsequent approval by the Attorney General Office and the Rules committee of the legislature. Once enacted, rules and regulations have the full force and effect of law.
