What does an individual who has an inactive/expired registration need to do to reactivate their registry status?

A UAP/MAIII previously registered in ND can apply for reactivation by:

1. Completing the reactivation application and submitting to a criminal history record check (54-02.1-01).
2. Pay the non-refundable renewal and reactivation fees.
3. Submit verification of current certification or current registration from board-recognized national bodies acceptable to the board as listed in NDAC Section 54-07-05-07.
