The North Dakota Board of Nursing will review and consider the Practice Guidance: Role of the Nurse in Aesthetic Practices in Retail Settings during its regular Board meeting on October 30, 2025.

This updated guidance reflects current laws, evolving national standards, and over two decades of regulatory engagement on this topic. Public comments on the draft guidance were accepted through May 30, 2025, and will be considered by the Board as part of its review.
