Nurse Licensure Compact

Effective January 1, 2004, North Dakota joined the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).  Beginning January 19, 2018 North Dakota transitioned to the enhanced NLC. 

The Nurse Licensure Compact allows the multistate licensure privilege to practice in other compact states.
