If you would like to test at one of these locations please contact the ND Board of Nursing office for testing dates and times. You will need to complete a National Nurse Aide Assessment Program Admission Application and submit it along with the required $110.00 fee. The application form can be found on our website in the Forms section under Certified Nurse Aide Testing.
